Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredients
1 Button mushrooms, boiled 6 large
2 Spinach, blanched and chopped 1+ 1/2 cups
3 Paneer , grated 1/2 cup
4 Garlic, finely chopped 6 cloves
5 Oil 2 tablespoons
For gravy-
6 Tomatoes, finely chopped or pureed 4
7 Cashews 12
8 Whole black peppercorns 6
9 Cloves 4
10 Black cardamom 2
11 Cinnamon stick 1
12 Kasoori methi powder 1+ 1/2 teaspoons
13 Red chili powder 1 teaspoon
14 Salt to taste
15 Honey 1 teaspoon
16 Khoya or mava 1/4 cup
17 Fresh cream 1/2 cup
18 Ginger-garlic paste 1 teaspoon
19 Oil 2 tablespoons
18 Butter 1 tablespoon
Method
For stuffing- Heat oil in a pan, add garlic and fry for 30 seconds, now add spinach, paneer and salt, stir and cook until all the moisture is absorbed. Now stuff all the boiled mushrooms with this stuffing, and set aside.
For gravy- Heat oil and butter together in a pan, add whole garam masalas and fry for 30 seconds, now add ginger-garlic paste and fry for 30 seconds, now add all the ingredients for gravy and cook over medium-low heat, until oil comes out on the surface. Now add stuffed mushrooms to the gravy, stir to coat well, and serve.
