| For dressing- |

Soy sauce or tamari |

Fish sauce |

Lime juice |
of 1 lime |

Dried chili flakes |
1/4 teaspoon |

Shrimp paste |
1/4 teaspoon

1/2 teaspoon

| Method |

Whisk in all the ingredients of dressing in a large bowl, then add cucumbers,
green onions, shallots, fresh basil, red chilies and fresh coriander, mix well
to coat all over and serve

This salad is very easy to make. Fresh cucumber is combined
with red chilies, shallots, green onions and basil, then tossed in a tangy Thai
dressing.
