Chicken breasts or chicken thighs, cut into large pieces |

Coconut milk |

Curry marinade |

| Method |
|
Combine half of the curry marinade with chicken, stir to coat well and refri-
gerate for about 6 hours or overnight. Now grill the chicken on stove-top
grill or broil it in oven for 30 minutes. While chicken is cooking, pour rest of
the marinade in a sauce pan together with a coconut milk and simmer for 10
minutes. Season it and serve it alongside with the chicken.
