Grilled Chicken In Thai

Ingredients
1 Chicken breasts or chicken thighs, cut into large pieces 4
2 Coconut milk 1/2 cup
3 Curry marinade 1 cup
4 Salt to taste
5 Black pepper powder to taste
Method
Combine half of the curry marinade with chicken, stir to coat well and refri- gerate for about 6 hours or overnight. Now grill the chicken on stove-top grill or broil it in oven for 30 minutes. While chicken is cooking, pour rest of the marinade in a sauce pan together with a coconut milk and simmer for 10 minutes. Season it and serve it alongside with the chicken.
Introduction of the dish
Curry marinade is very good for chicken, lamb and vege- tables. This dish is a crowd pleaser.
