| Method |
|
Heat oil in a wok over medium-high heat until it just about to smoke. Add
garlic and stir-fry for 30 seconds. Now add chicken and soy sauce and stir-fry
for 2 minutes until the turns white. Add lime juice and stir-fry for 30 seconds.
Add orange, pepper pieces and chili paste and fry for 1 minute. Now add
cashews and fry for 2 minutes. Pour in a serving platter, garnish it with red
pepper strips, chopped coriander and cashews and serve.
