| Method |
|
Heat coconut milk, sugar and salt in a saucepan over high heat, by occasionally
stirring it until the sugar has melted and coconut milk starts to boil. Add
the banana pieces, stir, lower the heat and cook for 3 minutes until the banana
becomes softened. Transfer it to a serving platter and serve into individual
bowls.
