| Method |
|
Heat oil in a wok over medium-high heat, add the chopped garlic and stir-fry
for 1 minute. Add the shrimps and stir-fry for 1 minute. Take the wok off the
fire, add soy sauce, sugar, fish sauce and chili-garlic sauce, stir to mix well.
Return to the fire and stir-fry for 1 minute. Add the onions, red pepper, peas
, chopped coriander and lemon juice and fry for 3 minutes. Put it in a plate
and let it cool. Now fill the pastry shells with this stuffing, garnish with
a chopped coriander leaves and serve.
