Fresh pressed tofu, cut into 2-inch pieces |

Heat oil in a wok until it just begins to smoke, add the tofu pieces and fry
until golden brown. Remove the tofu on paper towel to drain the excess oil.
Serve on lettuce leaves and garnish it with chopped coriander leaves.
