Chicken wings each cut into 2 parts by cutting at the joint |

Garlic cloves, finely chopped |

Ginger powder |

Soy sauce |

Oyster sauce |

Vegetable oil |

Black pepper powder |

Lemon juice |

Chili-garlic sauce [or cayenne] |
1+ 1/2 tablespoons |
| Method |
|
Mix all the ingredients of marinade together in a large bowl, add the chicken
and toss to coat the chicken well, set aside for at least 6 hours.
Pre-heat the oven at 400 degree f/ 200 degree c, roll the wings in the marinade
and then transfer to the baking sheet. Bake for 20-25 minutes, turning them after
15 minutes and basting with the leftover marinade, and bake them until crispy
and brown they become.
