Thai Chicken Wings

Ingredients
1 Chicken wings
each cut into 2 parts by cutting at the joint

For marinade-
2 Garlic cloves, finely chopped 3
3 Ginger powder 1 teaspoon
4 Soy sauce 1 tablespoon
5 Sugar 1 teaspoon
6 Oyster sauce 2 tablespoon
7 Vegetable oil 2 tablespoons
8 Black pepper powder 1 teaspoon
9 Lemon juice 2 tablespoons
10 Chili-garlic sauce [or cayenne] 1+ 1/2 tablespoons
Method
Mix all the ingredients of marinade together in a large bowl, add the chicken and toss to coat the chicken well, set aside for at least 6 hours. Pre-heat the oven at 400 degree f/ 200 degree c, roll the wings in the marinade and then transfer to the baking sheet. Bake for 20-25 minutes, turning them after 15 minutes and basting with the leftover marinade, and bake them until crispy and brown they become.
