Ingredients

Unsalted pistachio nuts, finely chopped |
3 tablespoons |

Raisins |
1 +1/2 teaspoons |
| 3 |
Toasted sesame seeds |
1 cup |

Honey |
2 tablespoons |
| 5 |
Sugar |
3 tablespoons |
| Method |
Grind the toasted sesame seeds with sugar in a mortar to powder. Put in a
bowl, add all the other ingredients and knead to form a stiff dough. Shape
the dough in a rectangular loaf. Refrigerate for 30 minutes, before
slicing and serving.
