Ingredients

Roasted chicken, cut into bite size pieces |

Onions , finely chopped |

Condensed cream of mushroom soup |

Chicken broth |

Fine herbs |

Egg noodles, boiled |

| Method |
|
Heat one tablespoon of oil in a large pan. Add onions, celery and carrots and
stir for 5 mins. Now add chicken, cream of mushroom soup, chicken broth,
salt [chicken broth also have salt], pepper and herbs, bring to a boil, cover
and simmer [on low heat] for 30 mins until thickens. Serve hot.
