Ingredients

Mexican avocados, peeled and chopped |

Serrano chili, seeded and minced |

Freshly grated orange zest |

Fresh cilantro leaves, finely chopped |

| Method |

In a bowl of a blender, combine Serrano chili, cilantro, 1/4 cup of orange juice
and blend to a smooth paste. Now add the remaining orange juice, orange zest
, tequila, chicken broth and avocados and blend until smooth. Pour mixture
through a course sieve into a large bowl. Season it with salt and pepper.
Refrigerate it for atleast 2 hours, until chilled, garnish it with chopped
coriander and serve.
