Black beans, drained and rinsed |

Jalapeno peppers, seeded and chopped |

Green onions or scallions, chopped |

Freshly ground black pepper |

Fresh cilantro leaves, chopped |
for garnish |

Lime juice |
of 1 lime |
| Method |
|
In a large bowl, mix together the black beans, corn, diced tomatoes, green
chilies and green onions. Garnish it with desired amount of cilantro leaves.
Chill in the refrigerator for at least 6 hours. Serve.
