| Method |

Combine 3/4 cup of the salsa with the beans in a small bowl. Layer the ingre-
dients in a 1 1/2 -quart clear glass bowl in this order: the re-fried bean
mixture, lettuce, scallions, tomatoes, red onion and the remaining 1/4 cup of
salsa. Just before serving, place the sour cream in the centre of the dip, top
with the avocado, and sprinkle the cilantro.
