Mexican Chocolate Pudding

Ingredients
1 Unsweetened cocoa powder 1/3 cup
2 Brown sugar 1/2 cup packed
3 Semi-sweet chocolate, chopped 2 squares
4 Corn starch 3 tablespoons
5 Chocolate milk 2 +1/2 cups
6 Almond extract 1/4 teaspoon
7 Vanilla extract 1 teaspoon
8 Salt a pinch
9 Ground cinnamon 1/4 teaspoon
Method
In a saucepan, combine the brown sugar, cocoa, chocolate, corn starch, cinnamon and salt. Now whisk in 1 cup of the chocolate milk and cook the mixture over medium heat by constantly whisking it until the chocolate melts. Now add the remaining milk and cook until the pudding is thick, by constantly stirring it. Remove the pan from the heat and then add almond and vanilla extract.
Serve the pudding hot, chilled or at room temperature.
