Corn tortilla chips |

Jalapeno chilies, thinly sliced |

Finely grated Oaxaca cheese |

Fresh oregano leaves, finely chopped |

Fresh salsa |

Sour cream |

| Method |
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees f.
Line a baking pan with parchment paper. Lay chips on the pan, top each chips
with onion, jalapeno slice, sprinkle some of both of the cheeses. Bake in the
oven on the bottom rack for 7 minutes or until the cheese begins to bubble.
Sprinkle with fresh oregano leaves and serve with salsa, sour cream and
guacamole.
