Spicy Cabbage Slaw
This is a Mexican and spicier version of the classic cole slaw for heat lovers.

Caesar Salad
This is a one good salad. If the raw egg bothers you, make a
spicy vinaigrette without the egg for a very good, yet different salad.

Salad is a mixture of foods, usually including vegetables or fruits, occasionally with a dressing or sauce,
occasionally nuts or croutons and sometimes with the addition of meat, fish, pasta or cheese.
Salad is often served as an appetizer before a larger meal.Again, individual taste usually governs the choice of salad garnishes.
The Mexican Salads are no different, they generally consist beans, corn, tomatos, onion, meat and dressing such as Ranch.
The dressing of olive oil, lime juice and honey is a nice addition to traditional bean/corn/pepper/tomato salads.
And the jalapeno peppers add a nice bite.
