| Method |

Heat oil in a pan, add the garlic and sauté for 1 minute. Now add the tomatoes
and basil, simmer until tomatoes mash easily [about 15 minutes]. With the help
of food processor or immersion blender, blend it until smooth. Season it with
salt and pepper.
