| Method |
|
Heat butter in a pan over medium heat. Add the onion, celery and carrots and
cook until tender. Now add the beans, cabbage, tomatoes, tomato paste, potato
, garlic, parsley, salt, pepper and chicken stock, stir, bring to a boil, cover and
simmer for 1 hour. Now add pasta and simmer for 30 minutes. Reseason and
serve.
