Fresh lemon juice |

Lemon zest, grated |

| Method |
|
In a bowl of a food processor, add the lemon juice, honey, zest, salt and
pepper and blend. During blending, drizzle the olive oil until thickens. Toss
the lettuce, endives, olives, parsley and basil in a large bowl. Pour the dressing
and mix well to coat all over.
