| Method |

Heat 3 tablespoons of oil in a large frying pan over medium heat, add the
bread crumbs and cook until golden brown, for about 5 minutes, remove
and wipe off the pan. Heat the remaining oil in the same pan over medium
heat, add the garlic, parsley and red-pepper flakes, cook for 1 minute. Now
add anchovy paste, remove from the heat. Boil a good quantity of water in
a large pot, add salt and linguine and cook until almost done, for about 8
minutes. Now add cauliflower and cook until pasta is done, for further 5
minutes. Drain, toss with the bread crumbs mixture, garlic mixture, salt and
parmesan. Top it with more parmesan and serve.
