| Method |

Dissolve the yeast in warm water and set aside. Mix flour, salt and sugar in a
bowl. Make a well in the centre; pour in the yeast solution and olive oil.
Blend in the flour using a fork, working towards the outside of the well. As
the dough becomes stiff, incorporate remaining flour by hand. Make a ball of
it, put it in a greased bowl, cover and set aside in warm place for at least 2
hours, until doubled in size. Knead again and set for 30 mins. Now it's ready
to use.
Tip- Always check the expiry date of the yeast and if you do not have olive oil, you
can use any oil you have on hand.
