| Method |

In a food processor, combine the basil, pine nuts, parmesan cheese, garlic, salt
and pepper and puree it. While the machine is running, drizzle in the oil until
incorporated. It is now ready to use or refrigerate it with a piece of plastic wrap
on the surface of the pesto container to prevent discoloration.
