Sighara flour |

Potatoes, boiled, peeled & mashed |

| Method |
|
Except oil for frying, combine all the other ingredients in a bowl, add sufficient amount of water and knead into a firm dough. Make small balls out of it, roll each into the shape of puri and fry in hot oil until golden brown and crispy. Repeat this process with all the balls and serve.

You can also add chopped spinach, coriander, green chilies if you like. You can substitute singhara flour with kuttu flour.
