| Method |
|
Wash sabudana well and soak in water for 10-15 minutes.
Heat milk in a wide pan, add sabudana and cook over low heat, until milk
thickens and sabudana becomes transparent. Now add sugar and cardamom
powder, almonds and pistachio, stir, turn off the flame. Serve either hot or
cold.
