Potatoes, boiled & peeled |

Sabudana [tapioca grains] |

Oil or ghee |

| Method |
Wash sabudana well under running water and soak in water for 1 hour. Drain
and set aside. Cut boiled potato in small pieces.
Heat ghee in a pan or kadahi over medium-high heat, add cumin seeds and
asfoetida and let it splutter. Now add green chilies and potatoes and cook for
5 minutes, now add sabudana and salt, stir, cover and cook over low heat for
15-20 minutes until it becomes slightly transparent and doesn't stick to the
pan. Garnish it with chopped coriander and lemon juice and serve.

Tapioca, sabudana is widely used in Western countries generally to make pudding.This dish you can find most commonly in Southern part of
India.You can also add fried peanut if you like.
