| Method |
Heat milk, condensed milk and sugar in a pan and cook over medium heat
until thickens.
Heat ghee in a pan, add potatoes and cook over medium heat until lightly
browned, now pour the milk mixture into the potato pan, add rose water
and cardamom powder and cook until thickens and ghee comes out on the
surface. Serve.
