Ingredients
1 Potatoes, boiled, peeled & mashed 4
2 Sweetened condensed milk 1 can
3 Milk 1 + 1/2 cups
4 Sugar 1 + 1/2 cups
5 Ghee or butter 125 grams
6 Cashews nuts, finely chopped 1 cup
7 Rose water 1/2 tablespoon
8 Green cardamom powder 1 teaspoon
Method
Heat milk, condensed milk and sugar in a pan and cook over medium heat until thickens.
Heat ghee in a pan, add potatoes and cook over medium heat until lightly browned, now pour the milk mixture into the potato pan, add rose water and cardamom powder and cook until thickens and ghee comes out on the surface. Serve.
Servings -3-4
Introduction of the dish
Potato, mostly used for savory preparations like mashed potatoes, patties, sabzi, parantha etc. But this is one good sweet concoction of potato.
