Curd, beaten |

Oil or ghee |
for frying |
| Method |
|
Combine flour, cumin seeds and asfoetida with water to make a thick batter.
Now heat oil in a pan, pour small pakodas[ like kadi pakodas] of batter into
the hot oil and fry until golden-brown. Drain, add it to the curd. Serve.
