Ingredients
For stuffing -
1 Potatoes 8
2 Butter or oil 1 tablespoon
3 Coriander seeds 2 teaspoons
4 Posta dana 2 teaspoons
5 Onion , finely chopped 1
6 Ginger , finely chopped 1 teaspoon
7 Mint [podina] 2 teaspoon
8 Curry leaves 6
9 Green chilies , finely chopped 3
10 Capsicum , chopped 1
11 Fresh coriander leaves, finely chopped 1 tablespoon
12 Tomato , chopped 1
13 Paneer 50 grams
14 Kabuli chana , boiled 100 grams
For marinade -
15 Curd , strained 1 cup
16 Cream 1 tablespoon
17 Ginger paste 1 teaspoon
18 Podina chutney 1 tablepoon
19 Salt to taste
20 Pepper powder 1 teaspoon
21 Lemon juice of 1 lemon
22 Corn flour 1 tablespoon
Method
Make hole in potato with the fine knife. Heat oil in a pan fry the holed potatoes until half cooked. Now heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan, add coriander seeds and posta dana to it, stir for 1 minute, now add chopped vegetables, scooped potatoes, paneer and salt, mix it well, set aside to cool. Now fill this in fried potatoes. In a bowl mix all the ingredients of marinade, Coat the stuffed potatoes with this marinade all over, cook it in oven for 10 mins.Serve hot with podina chutney and onion rings.
