Coriander seeds, crushed |

| Method |
For cover -Add all the ingredients and knead into a soft dough, cover it with wet cloth and set
aside.
For samosa- Heat 2 tablespoon oil in a pan, now add onions, garlic, ginger and
green chilies and stir for 2 mins. Now add crushed coriander seeds
and cook until onions are brown, now add turmeric powder stir and
then add potatoes, garam masala, red chili powder, salt and cook for
5 mins. Now add green coriander and lemon juice and let it cool.
Make a small ball out of dough; roll it into roti, cut in half, put small
potatoes filling in it make a triangle and fry it in oil over medium heat.
