Potatoes, boiled, peeled and chopped |

| Method |
|
Combine maida, sooji, salt, heeng, ajwain, 1 + 1/2 tablespoons of oil and enough
water to knead to a soft dough. Make tiny-tiney rotis out of it and deep fry them
in hot oil over medium-low heat until golden-brown and crispy. Place papdi in
a serving plate, add chopped potatoes, beaten dahi, green chutney, chopped
coriander and serve.
