Spicy Chili Idli

Ingredients
1 Idli , each cut into 4-pieces 8
2 Ginger - garlic paste 1 tablespoon
3 Green chili paste 1 teaspoon
4 Soy sauce 2 tablespoons
5 Tomato sauce 1 tablespoon
6 Vinegar 1/2 tablespoon
7 Corn flour, mixed with 3 tablespoon of cold water 1 tablespoon
8 Onions , finely sliced 2
9 Capsicum, finely sliced 2
10 Chili sauce 1/2 teaspoon
11 Spring onions, finely chopped 2 tablespoons
12 Oil 2 tablespoons
Method
Heat oil in a pan; add onion, ginger - garlic paste and green chili paste and fry until brown, now add capsicum and cook for 5 minutes. Add all the sauces to it, stir, add corn flour mixture to it, stir now add idli, salt and spring onions, bring to a boil until thickens, serve.

Idli is the staple food of Southern India. Addition of onions, capsicum and spices, makes it even better.
