Ingredients
1 Carrot 1
2 Potato 1
3 French beans 6
4 Peas 2 tablespoons
5 Garlic - ginger paste 1 tablespoon
6 Saunf powder 1 teaspoon
7 Green chilies, finely chopped 3
8 Onion , finely chopped 1
9 Bread crumbs 1 cup
For batter -
10 Maida [all-purpose flour] 3 tablespoon
11 Water accordingly
12 Salt to taste
13 Pepper 1/4 teaspoon
Method
Finely chopped all the vegetables, cook it in cooker to two whistles with salt and 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric. drain all the water and mash it properly. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan, add onion and fry until brown; now add garlic paste, saunf, green chilies and green coriander and cook for 2 mins, now add mashed vegetables to it and cook until thick. Make small balls of it; dip in a batter and deep fry in hot oil. Serve it with green chutney.
