| Method |
|
Finely chopped all the vegetables, cook it in cooker to two whistles
with salt and 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric. drain all the water and mash it
properly. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan, add onion and fry until
brown; now add garlic paste, saunf, green chilies and green coriander
and cook for 2 mins, now add mashed vegetables to it and cook until
thick. Make small balls of it; dip in a batter and deep fry in hot oil.
Serve it with green chutney.
