Curry leaves |

| Method |
|
Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds and curry leaves and let it splutter, now add turmeric powder, red chili powder and salt and fry for 30 seconds, now add poha, peanuts and fry over low heat until crispy by constantly stirring it. Now add sugar and citric acid crystals, stir and serve.
