| For batter- |

All-purpose flour [maida] |

Egg, beaten |

| Method |
Combine together the cabbage, paneer, potatoes, green chilies, chopped
coriander, salt and pepper and make cutlets out of it. Set aside.
In another bowl, mix all the ingredients of batter .
Now dip each of the cutlet into the batter, roll in the bread crumbs to coat
all over and deep fry in hot oil until golden-brown.
