Tofu Shish Kabab

Ingredients
1 Tofu 200 grams
2 Tomatoes , cut into cubes 6
3 Capsicum , cut into cubes 1
4 Mushrooms 12
5 Onions , cut into cubes and separated 6
6 Green coriander , finely chopped 1 tablespoon
7 Green onions , chopped 1 tablespoon
8 Salt to taste
For marinade -
9 Garlic paste 1 teaspoon
10 Ginger paste 1 teaspoon
11 Lemon juice 3 tablespoons
12 Oil 2 tablespoons
13 Green onions, chopped 1 tablespoon
Method
Mix in together all the ingredients of marinade and pour it in 2 bowls. Marinate tofu in one bowl and all the vegetables in other bowl, set aside for 6 hours . Put it on seek alternately with vegetables and cook it with oil either in oven or in non-stick pan until brown.

Introduction of the dish
Soybean is the richest source of protein. It is also the best meat substitute for vegetarians. TOFU also known as bean curd is rich in protein, very tasty and easily digestible. You can always substitute tofu with paneer.
