Soy Nugget Masala

Ingredients
1 Nutrela nuggets [soybean ki bari] 2 cups
2 Onions, finely chopped 3
3 Tomatoes, chopped 3
4 Ginger, finely chopped 1/2 teaspoon
5 Garlic, finely chopped 8 cloves
6 Whole dried red chilies 2
7 Turmeric powder 1/4 teaspoon
8 Red chili powder 1 teaspoon
9 Coriander powder 1 + 1/2 teaspoon
10 Garam masala 1/2 teaspoon
11 Cumin seeds 1/2 teaspoon
12 Oil 2 +1/2 tablespoons
13 Fresh coriander leaves, finely chopped 2 tablespoons
Method
Soak nutrela nuggets in hot water for 5 minutes, drain and set aside. Heat oil in a pressure cooker, add cumin and dried red chilies and let it splutter, now add onions, garlic and ginger and cook until light brown. Add all the powdered spices together with 1/2 cup of water and cook until oil comes out on the surface, now add nuggets with water, cover and cook for 3 whistles, let it open. Add chopped coriander, stir and serve.
