| Method |

Soak the soy granules in water for 5 mins. Drain good and set aside. Heat oil
in a pan ,add all whole masala to it ,stir now add finely chopped onions and
cook for 2 mins. Now add ginger -garlic paste and cook until light brown.
Now add tomatoes, stir and then add all the powdered masala to it .Add
soaked and chopped soy granules, peas and water and cook until peas are
soft .You can also pressure cook it for I whistle. Garnish with coriander and
serve with roti or parantha.
