Ingredients
1 Soy granules 1 cup
2 Chana dal ,boiled with salt and drained 1/4 cup
3 Potato , boiled and mashed 1
4 Corn flour 2 tablespoons
5 Bread slices 2
6 Green chilies, finely chopped 2
7 Dalchini 1 stick
8 Black cardamom , crushed 1
9 Red chili powder 1 teaspoon
10 Salt to taste
11 oil for frying
12 Fresh coriander leaves, finely chopped 2 tablespoons
Method
Soak the soy granules in water for 5 mins.drain well.Cook dal in pressure cooker with cardamom and dalchini.Grind all the ingredients together, make fingers of it and fry. Serve hot with chutney .

Introduction of the dish
Soybean is the richest source of protein. It is also the best meat substitute for vegetarians. Corn flour and bread acts as binders.
