Ingredients
1 Besan(gram flour) 1 + 1/4 cups
2 Maida(all purpose flour) 1 + 1/4 cups
3 Green cardamom powder 1/2 teaspoon
4 Sugar 2+ 1/2 cups
5 Clarified butter [ghee] 250 grams
6 Water 1 + 1/2 cups
7 Milk 2 tablespoons
8 Mixed dry fruits 2 tablespoons
Method
Take some ghee in a pan. Add besan and maida together and cook on medium heat untill light brown make a simple syrup(with sugar, water and milk )cool it to room temperature now add flour mixture to it .Stirring it with fork untill the consistency becomes thread-like. Now spread on a greased plate and cut into your favorite shapes when cool.
