Badam (almonds), soaked overnight |

Milk |
3 cups (warm) |

Ghee |
250 grams |

1/3 cup |

Green cardamom powder |
1/2 teaspoon |
| Method |
|
Take the almond skins off and grind it. Heat a pan , add badam paste to it ,fry it first on high and then on low flame until light brown.Now add milk, cardamom powder and sugar to it and cook it until it thickens by constant stirring it. Garnish it with dry fruits and serve.
