Ingredients

Fine vermicelli |
125 grams |

1+ 1/2 tablespoons |

Mixed dry fruits |

Saffron |

Hot water |
1 + 1/2 cups |

Green cardamom powder |
1/2 teaspoon |
| Method |
|
Break the vermicelli into small pieces.Heat ghee in a pan and
fry the vermicelli until golden brown .Add hot water ,saffron and
bring to a boil ant then turn heat low ,cover and simmer gently
until vermicelli is cooked.Add sugar and cook uncovered until
liquid is absorbed. Now add dry fruits ,cardamom powder stir
well and serve hot with cream.
