Citric acid |
1/2 teaspoon |

Sugar |
1 + 1/2 cups |

Water |
4 cups |

Rose water |
1 teaspoon |
| Method |
|
Boil milk in a pan ,cool it ,remove the cream and boil again
Now add citric acid to it ,stir until milk separates,Set aside for 7
minutes. Make simple syrup by adding sugar and water .Pass
separated milk through muslin.Remove all the water by pressing it and put it on the plate. Knead it ,make balls and drop them in boiling syrup and cook it for 15 minutes.Cool and serve.
