| Method |

In a heavy saucepan ,put milk on medium flame. bring to a boil by
constant stirring it.Now add sugar and reduce it half over low flame.
Remove from heat and stir well, scraping in particles of dried milk
from side of pan and mixing them in. Add dry fruits, essence or
kesar .
