| Method |
|
Cook dal with water untill tender[but not broken], drain water.Grate dal with the help of almond grater.Now add crushed jaggery in dal .In a heavy pan cook this dal and jaggery mixture untill soft.Set it aside.In a bowl add maida,ghee and water to make a soft dough.Now stuff the dal mixture in maida roti and shallow fry on a grill or griddle[tava].
