| Method |

In a pan add some ghee,fry the moong dal in ghee untill light brown.soak dal
and rice seperately for 10 minutes.fry coconut pieces,raisins and cashews
separately and set aside.make a simple syrup by adding crushed jaggery [gud]
and water.pass it through strainer.now take milk in a pan on medium heat
add dal and rice and cook untill thick.now add jaggery syrup to it and again
cook untill all water evaporates. add 3 tablespoon ghee,cardamom powder
,fried coconut,cashews and raisins.
