Besan |
1+ 1/2 cups |

Almond essence |
1/2 teaspoon |

Green cardamom powder |
1 teaspoon |
| Method |
|
Make a simple syrup by boiling sugar and water for 5 minutes
Sift the besan .Heat ghee in a pan ,add besan ,fry it on medium
flame until colour changes.Now add sugar syrup to it ,Cook it for
20 minutes by constant stirring it.Add cardamom powder and
almond essence ,mix it and pour it on greased plate.Cool it and
cut it into diamond shapes and serve.
