300 grams |

Green cardamom powder |
1/2 teaspoon |

Saffron [optional] |
few strands |

Mixed dry fruits |
2 tablespoons |
| 7 |
Ghee |
4 tablespoons |
| Method |
|
Wash doodhi , clean it and grate it.Heat milk in a pan add grated
doodhi and sugar ,cook it until thickens and doodhi become soft .
Now add saffron , ghee , cardamom powder and dry fruits . Serve
Hot or cold as per you like.
