Ingredients
1 Milk 1 +1/2 litres
2 Doodhi [lauki] 1 kg
3 Sugar 300 grams
4 Green cardamom powder 1/2 teaspoon
5 Saffron [optional] few strands
6 Mixed dry fruits 2 tablespoons
7 Ghee 4 tablespoons
Method
Wash doodhi , clean it and grate it.Heat milk in a pan add grated doodhi and sugar ,cook it until thickens and doodhi become soft . Now add saffron , ghee , cardamom powder and dry fruits . Serve Hot or cold as per you like.

Doodhi, also known as bottle gourd or lauki,is widely use to make sabzi and dals all over the country. But this is one sweet and tasty concoction of it.
