Ingredients
1 Sooji (semolina) 1 cup (fine)
2 All-purpose flour (maida) 1/4 cup
3 Ghee 125 grams
4 Sugar 1/2 cup
5 Green cardamom powder 1 teaspoon
Method
Whisk ghee and sugar together until light . Add semolina ,flour and cardamom powder and mix well.Set aside for 30 minutes. Take 1 tablespoon of the mixture ,make a ball ,then flatten slightly and put on an ungreased baking tray . Making all the balls ,place on tray ,leaving a little space between biscuits.Bake in a slow oven until biscuits are pale golden.
