All-purpose flour (maida) |
1/4 cup |

Ghee |
125 grams |

Green cardamom powder |
1 teaspoon |
| Method |
|
Whisk ghee and sugar together until light . Add semolina ,flour and
cardamom powder and mix well.Set aside for 30 minutes. Take 1
tablespoon of the mixture ,make a ball ,then flatten slightly and
put on an ungreased baking tray . Making all the balls ,place on
tray ,leaving a little space between biscuits.Bake in a slow oven
until biscuits are pale golden.
