Citric acid , dissolved in 1/2 cup of water |

| Method |
Heat a pan ,add half of the milk ,bring it to a boil ,add citric acid and
switch off the gas .When the milk separates ,pass it through muslin,
put it on a plate and press it [but not kneed it].
Heat another pan ,add rest of the milk, cook it over medium heat heat
until reduce to half .Now add reserved separated milk [ curds] to it.
Add sugar to it and cooks until thickens.Pour it over greased plate ,
garnish it with dry fruits ,cut into pieces and served.
