Ingredients
1 Cashews 150 grams
2 Khoya or mava 300 grams
3 Sugar 300 grams
4 Silver paper for garnish
5 Green cardamom powder 1/4 teaspoon
Method
Grind cashews without adding water. In a pan add khoya and sugar , cook it over medium heat by constant stirring it.Now add cashew powder and cardamom powder and cook until soft.Pour it over greased plate .Garnish it with silver paper and serve.
Servings-depends upon the size

Kaju, also known as cashews is most widely used nut to make burfi or fudge. To know whether the mixture is cooked or not is when it is cooked, it starts leaving the sides of the pan.
